1. Prepare in advance, gather the necessary tools, and determine the appropriate repair process based on the actual situation.

2. Clean the repair surface. Grind off the burrs on the motor shaft and clean the oxide layer and dirt from the area to be repaired to meet the equipment repair requirements.

3. Choose the appropriate Soley carbon nanopolymer material and perform blending treatment to ensure the mixture is uniform in color.

4. Apply the material evenly at the wear point of the shaft neck, ensuring the thickness of the material is appropriate, and also apply a thin layer of material on the inner wall of the tooling.

5. Quickly install the tooling in place, tighten the bolts, and pay attention to the installation position of the tooling during the installation process while avoiding deformation of the tooling.

6. Cure the material. To speed up the curing time, an iodine tungsten lamp can be used for heating, generally heating to 60℃-80℃ is sufficient. Do not use an open flame.

7. Remove the tooling, remove excess material, and then check whether it has returned to the original size. After confirming that the repair is qualified, reassemble all components, completing the repair.

As an important device to ensure normal production in enterprises, damage to motors during operation will severely affect normal production. The reality is that the periodic large-scale scrapping and replacement and continuous large-scale procurement create a huge conflict of interest.
